Eduard Albert Meyer was born in Lüneburg in 1865 as the fourth child of Rachel Meyer, née Lazarus, and her husband Mendel Meyer. When he died, he was just over eight months old. Eduard Albert Meyer was buried in the Jewish cemetery in Lüneburg.
