Ellen Jacobson was born in Lüneburg on July 22, 1928. She was the twin sister of Inge Jacobson. Her parents were merchant Arnold Jacobson and his wife Klara née Heinemann.
Ellen died in the year of her birth and was buried in the Jewish cemetery in Lüneburg.
