Henriette Salomon was the daughter of Lippmann Joseph Salomon and his wife Hannchen, née Josephy, from Hamburg.
On November 6, 1849, she married the widower Moritz Salomon in Hamburg, whose first wife Jette had died in 1848. The marriage was performed by the highly esteemed Hamburg rabbi Isaac Metz. Henriette moved to Lüneburg to live with Moritz Salomon and his four small children from his first marriage.
On January 19, 1851, their only son Arnold Abraham Salomon was born, who died on February 9. Henriette Salomon herself died of "tracheal consumption" in May 1851 and was buried in the Jewish cemetery in Lüneburg.
