Friederike Gans (who might have been a sister of Lüneburg banker Moses Gans) was apparently passing through when she died in Lüneburg in 1845. The synagogue community"s death register only lists her place of residence, Hanover, and notes Selig Gans as her father.
She was not young - "guessing the age between 70 and 80 years". Friederike Gans was buried in the Jewish cemetery in Lüneburg.
