Minna (sometimes also called Minnie) Behr, born in Bremen in 1874, was the first child of Philipp and Jeannette Behr née Marcus, who married in Lüneburg in 1873 and lived and worked there until 1892.
Minna died from diphtheria in Lüneburg as early as 1889 and was buried in the Jewish cemetery.
