Friederike Marcus - not to be confused with her cousin of the same name who was born in 1880 - was the sixth child of Magnus Marcus junior and his wife Sophie, née Levy. She was born in Lüneburg in May 1883 and died there far too early, like many of her siblings, at the age of just four months. In August 1883, Friederike was buried in the town"s Jewish cemetery.
